1. What is the AscendEX Futures Bonus Credit?
AscendEX’s Futures Bonus Credit USDTR (equivalent to USDT) refers to the virtual assets offered by AscendEX to users who trade futures contracts on the platform. 20% of the USDTR bonus credits can be used as collateral to open or maintain positions. In addition, the credits can be used to pay for up to 50% of trading fees. Please note that Futures Bonus Credits cannot be withdrawn or transferred off platform. See Futures Bonus Credit Terms and Conditions.

2. How to claim the AscendEX Futures Bonus Credit?

3. How soon can I receive the bonus credits upon task completion?
Users must manually claim their bonus credits on the “Reward Center” page once they complete the tasks required. The bonus credits will be distributed immediately to the eligible users’ accounts once the Bonus Credits are claimed. 

4. Where can I see my bonus credits claimed?
Users can check the status of their claimed Bonus Credits on the “My Reward” page or from the “Collateral” tab on the “Futures Account” page.

5. What should I do if the bonus credits are not distributed to my account?
The Futures Bonus Credits claimed by completing registration and deposit tasks will be distributed to users’ accounts immediately once the Credits are claimed. The Futures Bonus Credits claimed by completing trade tasks will be distributed to users’ accounts within 48 hours after the Credits are claimed. Please contact the 24/7 online customer support on the AscendEX official Telegram group if you do not receive your Credits.
