An anti-phishing code is an AscendEX feature designed to enhance account and asset security for users. Once the code is set up, all legitimate emails and short messages from AscendEX will contain users’ unique anti-phishing code. Users can enable this function to prevent phishing scams.

The following are steps to set up an anti-phishing code:

1. Users should log in to their AscendEX account on their app and click the profile icon on the upper left of the homepage.

2. On the personal center page, click [Security Setting].

3. On the Security Setting page, click [Anti-phishing Code].

4. On the Anti-phishing Code Setting page, users are required to enter 4-20 characters as the anti-phishing code. Click [Confirm] to complete setting.
