Dear users,

Following an acquisition arrangement between Polygon (MATIC) and Hermez (HEZ), the HEZ token holders can swap their HEZ for MATIC tokens. AscendEX will offer the support for HEZ’s swap to MATIC, and delist Hermez (HEZ). Please see the details below: 

  1. HEZ/USDT pair trading will be suspended starting Oct. 1, 2:00 p.m., 2021, and subsequently delisted from the platform. All the pending orders will be automatically cancelled. Users can withdraw their tokens under “My Assets”.
  2. HEZ holders can swap their HEZ for MATIC tokens. Please refer to https://blog.hermez.io/how-to-swap-hez-for-matic/ for details.
  3. The HEZ deposit and withdrawal functions will not be disabled until further notice. Please swap your HEZ to MATIC tokens as soon as you can.
